Membership

The Delaware Valley Raptor Center is a non-profit, tax-exempt, private membership organization dedicated to the conservation of birds of prey. The center's goal is to provide humane professional care for injured, ill and orphaned raptors so they can ultimately be returned to the wild - healthy and no longer dependent on humans for survival.

Members Receive:

A subscription to the biannual DVRC Journal.
A DVRC sticker, decal and membership card.
An invitation to annual members summer picnic and fall hawkwatch program.
A discount to all members on items sold by DVRC.

Tours of the raptor center by appointment and during members open house days.

There is a 10% senior citizen discount for regular and family memberships.

Your membership donation is tax-deductible.

The DVRC membership year runs from January 1 to December 31. Any new membership application received after the Member's Picnic in June will not expire until December of the following year.

Increase your support of DVRC:
Many companies have matching corporate donation programs for employees who give to non-profit organizations. If your company has such a program, please take the time to request a matching donation for your DVRC membership, raptor adoption, or personal donation. We will gladly supply you with the copies of the center's IRS 501C-3 tax exemption document and PA Bureau On Charitable Organizations qualification document.
